My car is a Column Shift car, My speedo doesnt have the gear indicator and I need to find a speedo that has it, Can I just change the speedo or do i have to change other stuff too? and if I do what would I have to change?

Assuming you are talking about a 70SS.
Is the indicator missing or does your speedo not have the cutout for the indicator?
If it is missing place a wanted ad for the indicator, it is a sparate piece that mounts with the speedo.
If your speedo does not have a cutout (floor shift speedo) place a wanted ad for a column shift speedo or offer to trade. Those that are doing bucket/console conversions are always looking for floor shift speedo's.

Be careful. Speedo's for column shift have a guide for the cable on the Instrument Housing for the gear indicator. You might find it easier just to post a swap add and completly swap the unit. I have pics of both units that you can look at if your interested. Just EMail me and I will shoot them to you.

Yes its for a 70 SS,
The speedo doesnt have the cut out and I think some one just got a whole dash with the cluster in it and put it in there with out knowing that it need the indicator in it. The question was what else would I have to change? Like the cluster housing or what?

Yes you would need the metal cluster housing because it has a cutout for the arm that holds the cable. Like I said it shouldn't be hard to find someone to swap with.
