I am not sure what the part is called, but it is on the underside of the horn cap and it is used to hold the horn cap to the steering wheel. There are two of them on the horn cap and they are supposed to bend to let you get the horn cap on. Years ago we tried soldering one of them back on the horn cap because it had fallen off (the other one is still on it), but did not have any success. I since lost that little part and wondering what I can do. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

You could try cutting and bending one out of some shim stock if it isn't too complicated.
I'm not quite sure what that part looks like.
