i found a 63 corvair with black buckets that look just like a 64-65 chevelle buckets. are these the same seats just different application? I would put these in my 66 till I find a decent set of 66 buckets to replace them with. any thoughts?

I don't know if thet are a direct bolt in, as the brackets and sliders are ofen different to fit the different floor pans...

That said, I think I just saw "new" (repro) seat tracks available (I think maybe true-connections?). You could try to bolt those onto the corvair seats, and later switch them to the Chevelle buckets you find...

Heck, if the new tracks are nice, might be able to fine someone with the wrong tracks, and gettthe seat cheaper...
