I'm installing a console in my 68malibu with a m-20 and a hurst comp plus shifter and the console doesn't want to fit around the console or fit flush with the floor. So any pics would be great please, just e-mail them or post them here.

I might be wrong but did your car come with a console from the factory? If not you might have the wrong shifter/ floor for the console. the hole in the floor board should be more rectangular than a square. I would show a pic but I dont know how to post it.
