1964 Conv Malibu/Chevelle non air.
How do you remove the chrome nobs from the control levers. Are there replacements available

I want to know before I drill out the pop rivets

The knobs themselves are pressed on. More than likely though you'd break the control levers before they would come loose and be pulled off. The best method is to remove the rivets and the outer frame, this then allows you to lower the lever to the bottom of the slot and remove the lever as a whole. Then pop the whole shaft assembly the levers pivot on and replace the lever with a better one.
