About 6 months ago i bought an interior kit for my 68 chevelle from opgi. They dont make door panels for sedans but the guy said the ones for a coupe would work with a little modification. Well i recently got the car back from the machanic and was sizing them up to see what kind of mods it needed. The holes for the clips dont line up and it is not as wide as orignal. Im pretty sure i can trim the top rail to the right size so it wont be seen or at least put a nice finish so it wont look bad. im not sure what to do about the holes. it seems the best thing to do would be remove the grommits from the door and make holes to match the door panel. what do you guys think would be best?
