I did some searching and found thise link via "Uncle" http://www.andoauto.com/retractable_lap_shoulder_seat_belts.htm I ordered some up and below are the results. be sure to get the "extended" pivot arm piece. I had to drill one hole where the "spring retractor" unit goes. Easy to get to from below also. The lap belt mount uses the stock seat belt hole. The upper swing part uses the front hole of the stock setup on the roof.
It comes right across my sholder in just the right place. It could retract better, but I guess it being slower prevents it from slamming into the window when you let it go.
