Hi all, I've worked on many GM A and F body cars and have never seen one of these before. They usually end up going for a pretty penny. I know my 68 Chevelle does'nt have one, should it? Thanks, Marc

That thing wasn't used on any of my Chevelles. There would be no place to put it. It looks like something that would go on a dash pad that covers the vin tag and (68 to 72)Chevelle vin tags aren't under the dash pad...
