Can anyone tell me if there is a tool available that fits on the grooves of the bezel for tightening or loosening without damage? Is there something else that works? Thanks

What we do to remove those bezels is to take out the cylinder and grab the actual bezel and turn it by hand. It may sound silly, but it works for us! Or you may try getting a grese rag and place it between a pair of pliers and turn it that way if the hand doesnt work. Michael
