Does anyone know if any later model cheverolet radio's will fit in a 67 chevelle? I would like to put a "factory looking" am-fm in my car without cutting anything.
Thanks, Mike M22

what if you get one of the radios sold in the opg catalogues? they are supposed to be a good fit with all the new technology.

Not at all interested in any made to fit digital radio! Want to retain the pushbutton/dial type look. Was wondering if a am-fm from a 70 and up cheverolet would fit the 67 dash opening?

No, because of the curved face of the dash, the radio from these two years 66-67, are the only ones that interchange, there are companys that take the stock radio and replace the guts with new AM-FM internals,
Try http://www.classicradio.com if they can't do it they can steer you in the direction you want to go, hope this helps!!

Mike Check out http://antiquecarradio.com
Fred converted my pushbutton AM radio to a digital AM/FM with all the features...scan, station presets, etc. reusing all the original buttons.
Fred is great to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the results.
It is a sweet set up and nobody but you will know the difference..cept me http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif
