Has anyone used one of the dash cover ups DASH CAP? did you like it. i'm thinking of trying one for my 70 chevelle , how did it fit tongue.gif

i used one on my 69 mopar and i was very pleased
all i had to do was a little triming and get the glue
in the right places and press on and let it set up and it was very nice.. hard to tell it wasn't a new dash..hope this helps,mike graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I have put one on a 69 Chevelle and a 72 El Camino and think they hold up real well. I took off the dash and used as many clamps as possible to hold the dash cap to the dash while the glue set up. A cheap alternative to a new dash pad.

I put one in my wifes Z28 and it turned out perfect. You honestly cannot tell it is a cap. Lookes like a new dash pad.
