06B - Build Date - Second week of June, 1967
3773 - ???
67 - 1967 model
13680 - Custom El Camino V8
KAN - Kansas City (Leeds) Assembly Plant
9958 - Body Sequence Number (should not match VIN)
761-A - Black Bench Seat
T-2 - Capri Cream lower with Black Vinyl Top
E 2EZ - Option codes, I cannot decode.
Info I have is that a 67 El Camino could be ordered with a 396 engine but no SS trim package was available.

I can give you the option code breakdown.
They are listed in groups and the 1st digit is the group. There never is a 1 for group 1. Probably done to conserve space.
Group 1:
E=RPO A01 - Tinted Glass - All Windows
Group 2: 2EZ
E=C60 Air Conditioning
Z=RPO N37 - Tilt steering wheel. There is some abuguity(?) in this Z as it was used in other years as something different. My book does not ID the years completely on this so the other meanings could be convertible rear speaker, or TH400 trans.
According to all published sources the SS El Camino was first offered in the 1968 model year. Although you could order one with options like an SS, it was not SS till 1968.
