Anyone know of a company / website that sells faceplates that can be used to adapt the radio opening in a '71 Chevelle SS dash to more modern radio formfactors? What I mean is I have a JVC two-shaft style radio that does not completely fill the stock dash openeing and the faceplate provided with th radio doesn't completely cover the opening. Need a nice black faceplate that measures about 2-3/4 x 7-7/8" on the outside.

MOst companies that come to mind would only deal in newer stuff. i.e. square face head units. but here's a thought: Maybe find a later 70s car at a junk yard with a two knob setup that measures to match your JVC. Use that as a the integral median.
If OPG, Ground up, Year one don't have it.... and I'm certain Crutchfield won't then your on your own.
