hi are the electrical connections on a ss
dash with idiot lights the same as a sweep type dash or do you have to switch the wires around like on a gauge type dash oh yeah this is on 70-72 chevelle thanks bob

If you are changing over from a Malibu dash to an SS idiot light dash, you will need the SS wiring harness. The sweep dash will not work unless you do a lot of cutting and splicing. Even then, I am not sure if it will work. The sweep dash light has wires running to each set of bulbs, whereas the SS dash has a plug that runs to the circuit board. The circuit boards supplies the power to the bulbs, ect. I used a 71 Monte harness for my 70 SS with warning lights.
