Anyone know what black is used to paint the inside of the heater control bezel. Is it flat black or semi gloss? thanks

It's not painted. The plastic lens has the color on the back side of the lens. Order a new lens and your done.

I think he is referring to the bezel and not the lens. The inside of the chrome bezel on mine appeared to be matt black and I painted it as such. Looks great but don't know for sure...maybe someone else can comment.

Yes, I was referring to the Bezel, not the lens. Since it is real easy to strip off old paint and I had some gloss black in the garage, I tried it. It looks great, so I will leave it like that.
