I have a 66 chevelle and was wondering what kind of options are available for installing tachometers.Any recommendations would be appreciated...

Autometer......maybe find a spot under the dash to mount it....probably the best tachs there are. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

might consider the original knee knocker tach which mounts on the dash to the right of the cloumn. Original units are on ebay all the time, and it is also being reporduced.

I used an autometer with the chrome pods on mine.I mounted it above the console and below to the right of the heater controls. it works out good with it facing me at an angle and i am not bumping into it. here is a pic of it..mike
