I got a set of retractible seat belts from a friend for my non-custom 67 El Camino, The belts look great in the car, however the plastic housing from the non-retractible belts doesn't fit over the new belts , can't find the covers in any of the catalogs, anybody know a source? Thought I'd add.........they are the correct belts for 67.

Also, I know the rear end code for a car is stamped on the axle tube on the passenger side ,is there a code stamped on the El Camino housing , we looked everywhere ......NO FIND !

I called them today , they re-condition seat belts , but won't sell the housings seperately
