i've got a 69 chev SS it seems to be the only model that they don't make some key parts for.. one is the decal behind the heater controls. decal is probably now really what it is, but any way mine need to be replace or repainted or whatever the fix is, any ideas?? another is the radiatior support, why don't they produce these for the 69? does anybody know?? john

I have a 69 SS too, and I have been able to find everything I need. 68's and 69's are just now gaining popularity, so some of the producers are starting to make parts for them. E-mail me with what you need and I'll look for them. jkennedy@hotmail.com

John, You're in luck here as this one is relatively simple. First there is no decal behind the lens. The printing is on the lens itself. Mine appeared crumpled which it was but there is a piece of black backing that is cut to fit around the slide controls that provides the black background. I found some black paper in a crafts store and used the plastic lens as a templet and cut the openings out. You're in business.
