I finished painting my engine with por-15 engine paint.Followed directions exactly and results turned out gteat. Was time consuming had to apply three coats of paint and was a little hard to make it not show streaks on the oil pan but overall very happy with the results. Very tough, durable, thick kinda fills in the casting flash on the block and heads to a semi smooth finish. It is brigh and glossy which I like but those looking for a correct color restoration this is not for you pigment in the paint is to bright. Those looking for a tough durable bright engine paint this is great. As requested before soon as I get the pictures developed I will post for anyone if they would like.

I brushed it on all the cast iron surfaces, and sprayed it on all the steel covers. I sprayed the POR silver, then top-coated it about 3 hrs. later with the chevy orange. For some reason it's much easier to spray the silver than black. The engine looks awesome, and if it lasts I really be impressed.
