Hi,
I'm thinking about changing the red interior in my chevelle over to white. I really like the look of white interior. My question is: Is white interior harder to keep clean? Does it tend to look dirty quickly? If white interior is the equivalent to black paint, I may not be interested. I really have no experience with this.
Thanks in advance.

It's not too bad. It would be easier to keep it clean in a hardtop than a convt. I've had mine for 14 years and it still looks good. Not perfect, but pretty good still. I just started using simple green and that seems to work really well.

Funny, sometimes I wish I had RED interior!

I have white in my 66...

Yeah, maybe a little more work to keep clean than a black interior, but not like a black paint job... It doesn't really seem to get dirty any quicker... after a while you notice it needs cleaning...

Mine has been in the car for about 7 years+, and I just got a top put on (none for 12+ years), and I never really had a problem...

Itoo, used the simple green and some small nylon brushes (I actually save my old tooth-brushes) to clean the seats and seems...

I love it!
