Picked up the bucket seats this morning. Nice, grey, high-back, and, of course, no tracks. So I took the tracks from my bench seat and installed the driver's bucket.

So, there's been some discussion here about brackets used when converting from bench to buckets. I'm guessing these supply a place to bolt in the inside tracks of the buckets, and have nothing to do with seat tracks, right? So that means I'm looking for a pair of tracks for the passenger side seat, correct?

Your looking for pass seat tracks and floor mounting brackets. The brackets everyone is talking about mount to the floor to provide a place to mount the seat tracks. You use the exsisting outer bolt holes for the outside of each seat. The mounting brackects are for the inside of each seat. You can find them in all the repo catalogs. Cal

There is also a small bracket on the outer front. This one is not available yet and must be cut out of a bucket seat car.

I just did this on my '72. It welds to the floor and has a stud which sits inward about 1 inch from the bolt hole.
