So could I use lexan windows for a daily driver? And if so, how much weight would that shed and could I roll my side windows down or should I just do front and rear windows instead of drivers & passengers. Also anybody know how much these cost or do you have to make fit them yourself or do you get them custom made? I really need to drive my chevelle soon but the weather in IL makes it almost impossable. TIA

I wouldn't run lexan in street car. You'll probably have a problem with it scratching and getting pitted. I never saw anyone that used it for side windows that still allow them to roll up. I think you'd have significant problems trying to do that. There are many other ways that you could use to reduce weight that would be better in my opinion.
