Driver side Windlace (at rear panel/body weld seem at rear edge of driver door) won't stay on. Any suggestions on installation? Or on style, as I'm not sure the car came with correct piece there. One posting says something about special "clips" on '69.

I installed the repros from Muscle Factory. I glued the cardboard tab that comes with the windlass to the metal where the rear panel goes, and had to make sure the clip holes were not obsturcted. I also glued the top of the windlace and held it in place with a mild clamp. The job turned out good. The bottom is a little tricky with the extra vinyl material that is meant to go under the carpet. I did trim some of it and one one side I trimmed a little more than I should have but there was still enough to slip under the carpet.
