is the windlace for a 70 chevelle conv. that goes in the door jam by the rear arm rest the same as the ones for a hardtop

Yes & no, What I had to do was use a hardtop windlace and trim it around the door alignment wedges to make it fit. Is it correct, don't know? But it works. Jim
