I've found that a soft piece of wood and a mallet work. Tap gently from underneath. starting at one end and working to the other. Sometimes once you get it started you can gently peel it out the rest of the way. Any one else?
Per previous advice on this site, I used a "church key" type of bottle opener, taped with masking tape to protect the trim and paint. Hook the little lip of the opener on the bottom side of the trim, starting at one end, and gently pry up and work your way to the other end. I used this method on a '69 and it worked reasonably well. von
