I just recently rebuilt my front end. But the passenger side a arm is touching my exhaust manifold. I have tried offset bolts, no help. Is there something I'm missing? 1967 Chevelle ss clone. Are there different a arms for big block and small block? Can anyone point me in the right direction??? Thanks

I have a '67. The upper control arms on the passenger side of mine are very close also. You can't get a box end wrench over the stud to loosen the nut because of the headers next to it. You have to use the open end. It may depend on the brand of exhaust you have. It's a **** poor design.
