I finally found something after looking around so long for it. Those of you who would rather not use Dynamat, OPG sells 3/8" thick jute which matches the original insulation and works even better that you can cut yourself and use as headliner insulation. Everyone sells the insulation for Chevelles but nothing for El Camino's. The jute that you can cut to size not only matches the original (even if you don't see it, it makes for a nice replacement)but would fit better than if you tried to use a four piece Chevelle kit. Just a heads up.
