Just bought a 68 convertible sight unseen and the right side of frame under the door is rotted out.Are there any replacement frame parts available? I'ld like to save the car and other than finding another chassis, am not sure of the best way to go about it. Would sure appreciate some advise. Hate to scrap the car....

just weld new steel there or swap frames. you can use 68-72 convertable frames only. find a used one they are not being remanufactured. last resort would be to box the frame rails of a coupe. it would work but it wold be better to find a good conv frame.
