Hi
Iam getting ready to paint my 70 SS with functional cowl hood. It is red with black stripes, I know the top of the cowl flapper is the same color as the hood but not sure how the paint scheme is supposed to go on the inside and the finned air inlet area ?? Any help will be appreciated

I beileve it is supposed to be semigloss black , to match the underside of the hood. But I'm not 100% sure. That's how I've seen most of them, that's how I did mine.
