I haven't been able to find a wiper motor to cowl seal. Moen, the plumbing parts manufacturer, has a seal part number M5720. It works almost perfectly and is designed to be impervious to water. Price is less than $2.00.

Its just that annoying "flush" sound every time you turn off the wipers. (thanks for the tip)
