Does anyone know where I can mount speakers in my 66 ragtop? YearOne sells speaker boxes for a 67 convertible but I haven't found out where they are used. I don't want to butcher the interior. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Here is a shot of the rear factory location in my 67. Sounds great with the top up, but gets a little quiet when it's down and has the boot on as well. They 'just' clear the top when lowering. I have aftermarket 6x9 pioneers and they buldge just a bit.

The front kick panels have factory 4x6 grills (it's a tight fit for depth). I also put dual 4x4's in the center stock single dash location.
