I think you are pretty much on your own here. The linkage is going to require a custom fit. There are several varieties of throttle cable that are available from places like summit/jegs/etc. Which one will work-only you can tell.
A trip to a wrecking yard may be in order. Hopefully in your neck of the woods there is a yard that will let you walk thru to see what is available. Look at everything, foreign, domestic, trucks, bowties (ouch), Mopar-whatever. Somewhere , someplace there will be something that you can make work.

Justin,
Why not just use the stock linkage rod? If you need one, try placing an ad at my web site, Bob's 409 Chevy page. I get lots of people through there that have cars like yours. Your bound to find one.
Or im sure that a place like Late Great Chevy's would even have a new one.
Well anyway, check out my site for lots of info for those big beautiful '59s.

Hey Justin,
Check out Lokars throttle cables (about $40). The Hot Rod guys love them, and they use lots of small blocks. Their phone is (423) 966-2269. You can get their catalog free for the asking. For a few $ you can get a real clean installation and not fool around with rod and clevis arrangments. They also make brackets and return springs. mgg

I sut the old likage braket in half and put it back together up sidedown with J&B liquid weld.
it works great and with a little spray paint all most looks stock.
liquid weld is almost as cool as zip ties and duck tape.
thanx for all you help
I may go for a lokar unit once my wallet is not as small from the engine swap.
