Something to consider if you are using ARP head bolts:
I was installing my headers today. The bolts were being terribly difficult to install. Upon further review, the headbolts were interfering ever so slightly with the bottom of the header flange. I took a reciprocating saw and cut off a 1/8-1/4" sliver off the bottom of the header flange. Now everything fits A-OK!

Thanks for the tip. I just ordered a set of Hedmans, and I'm using the ARP Head bolts. I was kinda anticipating a problem, that's why I ordered my headers without coating, so I can do all the grinding and fitting I want. Then I will send them off to Jet-Hot.
