My turn signal does not click off after making a left turn. Do I remove the steering
wheel and get a new turn signal switch? I have a 69 chevelle malibu with the horn buttons on either side of the bar if this helps.
Thanks alot for help in advance!!

When you take off the wheel there will be a lock plate that is held on by a snap ring. You will need a tool to compress the plate to remove the snap ring. Once you remove the plate you will find a plastic canceling cam that is also has the horn contact in it. Remove this and on the turn signal switch there should be two springs. One is probably missing or broken. There is a left and a right. The "help" line at most auto parts stores have these springs. I have also seen them at NAPA stores.
Try your local GM dealer. All GM cars & trucks use the same springs the part#s are
1964784 Right
1964785 left.
