Hmmm, good question. I don't think they are. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/frown.gif

If I remember right, the wagons, like the four-doors have the larger wheel base and length, and therefore, the windshields are different dimensions. They're a little 'taller' then those on El Camino's and coupes.

Why mess with a used windshield? New ones can be had for about $100.00 at swap meets. I had one installed in the driveway a year ago for $160.00 total cost. Granted they aren't "correct" but they do the job. Have you checked with a local glass shop? You may be surprised.

AFAIK, the El Camino IS a wagon with the rear part of the roof cut off.

I agree with all the above - they should be the same, and I had the same experience and price as rick, a few months ago. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I found a wagon in perfect shape with all kinds of stuff at this junk yard near here. I can get anything for damn near nothing because they close this next monday. (I got a free grill). The windshield is new I think, everything else was.
thanks
