I am adding A/C to my 69 and my parts car is missing brackets and I need to know what years will interchange or if these are this year only. Brackets for Condensor, Drier, POA valve, Epansion valve, etc.
I DO NOT need the compressor brackets for the engine just the misc. brackets listed above.

69 A/C brakets are unique for 69 ...There are 5 pieces in the set...boughtnused set from Sundells for about $250.00 or I have an extra set with only 4 of the 5 pieces.(missing bracket that mounts on cylinder head...good luck...Albert

No, they won't work. Only Chevy brackets will work. 69 was the year that the alt/comp swapped sides on the engine in Chevrolets. I'm not aware that 69 ac comp brackets are unique to 69, but I do know that 69-up alt/ac/ps brackets will work with 69-up engines. Even if 69 brackets are a little different, you CAN, for example use 72 brackets. I do know that there is a little variation between the ac brackets for my 70 conv and my old 72 I used to have, but the attachment between the engine and compressor still puts the compressor in the same position on the right side of the engine. I think the accessory brackets basically stayed the same up into the mid-70s, for Chev passenger cars, not trucks.

I do not need the brackets that mount the compresser to the engine.
