I have a shoulder harness in my '70 and it says 35A69 on it. I believe it is the last original belt left in the car but then again it might not be. Can someone please decode that code?

My car was built on 11/25/69 in Baltimore if it helps.

"A"= A-Body

"35" means 35th week of the year...

"69" 1969

The 35th week, does that mean it's the 35th week of the year, or since production of the model year (Sept '69)? Anyway, does it seem like the right code for my car?

Shawn,

It means the belt itself was produced during the 35th week OF THE YEAR OF 1969.
