I own a 1969 chevelle 396 SS. On the rear of the vehicle,where the SS emblem is positioned on that panel between the trunk lid and bumber, should that be flat black or gloss black?

The panel should be painted semi-gloss black. I had it painted with eastwoods underhood black, which is a semi-gloss. Looks correct and turned out great.
