I remember seeing this question addressed here before, but now I just cant find it again!

Concerning the a/c decal placed on the evaporator box:

1) Is the decal placed vertically along the inner seem line of the box?

2) What is the positioning of the decal (relative to the top of the evap box)?

2) Which direction does the lettering on the decal face?

I've seen them positioned in different ways, but basically the same way and in the same location. The decal, as you expected, is placed vertically, on the forward facing surface of the evaporator box, with the upper edge of the decal about 4in below the top of the box. It is placed on the engine side of the seam with "HARRISON" toward the engine. That way, when you lean over the right fender, the decal is easily read.
