Hey guys, I'm going to order a Weld Prostar from Summit Racing because the other one was bent during the accident. How do I go about measuring the wheel size? What is the correct way to go about finding if its either a 15 X 6, 15 X 7, or 15 X 8??

I dont know about with weld, but I just got a set of cragers and the size was stamped under where the tire sits. on the outer portion of the rim. or you can mesure from side to side where the tire connects to the rim( not the actual outer lip of rim.
the height I think should be the same.

weld's should be the same. My moms wheels(Draglites) had a 15x14 stamped on the inside as Justin said.

The 6-7-8 dimension is measured between the bead seats. That is, measure between the two flanges that touch the sides of the tire.
