Does anyone out there make Tachs & Speedo's smaller than 3-1/8" dia? I'm looking at customizing my 66 dash, not a lot of room for round guages. When the dia. dim is given in a catalog as 3-1/8", is that the largest O.D. of the guage? (chrome ring), or is it the face?, or is it the cutout?

My "SUN" brand mini-tach was pretty little, as I used it to make my own custom tach fit in my Malibu's clock delete area. Not sure on the exact measurements, but it might have been 3 1/8" or less.

I know there is smaller than that out there. I had one(still trying to find it, I miss a tach in my car), that was only i think 2", from Sunpro I believe.

Their site is www.actron.com (http://www.actron.com) , go in then select sunpro gauges or gauge part I believe. If not I'm sure autometer must make one smaller than that.
