I'm gonna strip the interior & put the console off to the side in case my parents want to put it back on later. Can a Lokar shifter fit without hacking everything? I like the Lokar cause it's a straight shaft & I am going to make my own skull shift knob http://www.chevelles.com/forum/cool.gif I was also wondering if the shifters are different for the TH350's got a Powerglide now, but will eventually be swapped out. can I use the same shifter? Thanks for any help.

Hey DZ, in case you read this, I saw a 50 Chevy conv. today...350 Camaro motor, 4 speed Muncie in need of restoration. I think I'm gonna have to get a number & get myself a sled! http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif

Check with LVMAXX. They installed one in a 67(?) Elcamino. It has a 4L60 transmission though.
