I am in the process of installing a 700R4 in my car this weekend. After taking out what I thought to be the original driveshaft, I am questioning it. It looks shorter than it should and it has a 5 1/2" long yoke, which looks long to me. Can somebody do a quick measurment on a KNOWN stock turbo 400 driveshaft? I sure would appeciate it. And, the one I have has reduced diameters in the shaft itself. 11" on the rear and 3" up front. Is this a 400 shaft?
