I just helped someone with a '70 the other day via e-mail.
Taken from that e-mail:
Call the Customer Assistance Center at
1-800-222-1020, (I can't remember if you have to request a specific
department. ) There's a recording that says something about having your
credit card ready--ignore it, this info was free and should still be. Tell
them you have a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle and would like a restoration packet
/ info relating to the Chevelle. You must have your Chevelle's VIN number
to give to them (I guess that's so people don't just "claim" they have a
chevelle). They will send you info relating to your specific model year.
They said it could take weeks, but mine arrived right away.
Those are nice packets to have http://www.chevelles.com/forum/wink.gif
