I've been told that the serpintine pulley system from an 86-87 Blazer will bolt right up to a '69 Chevelle providing you use the Blazer accessory brackets. The only aftermarket part he used a power steering bracket. I haven't looked at it yet but he claimed it was a straight forward swap. If I do this to my 67 Elcamnio I'll have to go with a long water pump & elect. fan?!? Has anyone else heard of this senerio? Maybe this is where aftermarket comp. get there design ideas???

Are you talking about an S10 Blazer because the '86-'87 V8-equipped K5 Blazers don't have a surpentine system. If you really want a trick factory look then look at some of the cast aluminum brackets used on the early '90's Camaros. Don't forget that if you go surpentine a reverse rotation water pump is required.

You can use the set up for an 88-92 f-body. I have found the complete set up with accessories for $175. E-mail me if you want the address.
