I painted my frame awhile back with POR-15 and was getting ready to topcoat it with eastwood's chassis black. What preperation do I need to do before I do this. Does it need to be sanded?

POR-15 does need to be skuffed before topcoating with other paint's. POR make's a paint called BLACKCOTE (gloss) & CHASSIS COAT BLACK (satiny semi-gloss) that can be applyed w/o scuffing. Call POR for info.

I did my frame over the summer using POR15. then topcoated with chassis coat, Just like 69 chev conv says scuff it up a little so the topcoat will adhere. If you already purchased eastwood paint go ahead and use it. I used it as a top coat under body after coating with POR15, worked fine..
