Right signals blink, lefts don't (they come on ..they just don't blink). I have replaced the bulbs both front and back and that didn't help. Switch or bad ground? Seems to me I had this problem on my first car when I was 16 (1964 Pontiac Lemans) and it turned out to be a bad ground but it was so long ago and I had so many problems with that 500.00 car that I bought in 1970. Just looking for opinions before I start into this. If switch needs replacing, where under the dash is it and how dificult is it to get out???

thanx,

Mytmouse

My Nomad was having the same problems. After checking all the bulbs, I traced the wire back from the turn signal and found out the connector wires were loose. I didn't do a proper repair job on it though, just stuck the wire in till the signal worked then taped it together so it wouldn't come loose. Now the left parking light don't work http://www.chevelles.com/forum/frown.gif guess I need a new connector housing to bulb wires.

Yea, trace the wires back from the bulb housing with your signal on bending them as you go. If your signals start working, you have a short. Hopefully you will find it before having to tear into the main lighting harness.

Did I help you any or just confuse you? cause I sure did me http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif
