Took one last ride in my '67 Malibu this morning before I tear the body apart and re-do it. I am so excited - I have been wanting to start on this thing since I drove it back from Arizona 6 years ago!
If anyone has lots of paint experience, please see my post re: paint technique in the Body Shop message board.

Best of luck with your restoration Uncle. The finished product will be worth the sweat equity and the wait. Enjoy the build-up and have some fun!

Thanks Wes!
This will be about the 12th vehicle that I have repainted, and only the third one that I have done for myself. Will be removing glass, interior, and front suspension. Hope to have it back on the road next summer. The Bronco that I just finished took 6 months to do all the above minus the front suspension.
