I need to know if there is a place that restore tachs and gauges. I have a 68 tach and gauge cluster that has some of the letters rubbed off. Is there a company or something that can repaint the letters back on. If there is a place that can do this has anybody had their's redone. If so what does the price run on having this done.

I think Year One does it but Im absolutly positive.

I just had my '69 cluster done. It cost(are you sitting down?) $400. They calibrated all gauges in the cluster, cosmetic restoration on all faces&pointers. My speedo also needed two gears replaced. Looks and works 100%. Instrument Services in Roscoe,Ill 1-800-558-2674. It was worth it looking at it before and after.

That is about the price I was thinking it would be. I guess I will start saving my money now. Did it come with a guarantee?

Yeah Dustin...all their work has a one year warranty. I know it's alot of money but the end result was well worth it.
