My recently aquired 67 El Camino doesn't have any inner fenders. Since I plan on spending a lot of time at the strip, I was thinking plastic inners might be better than steel. I'm thinking they would be lighter. I don't know of Chevy ever sold the 67 with plastics or if anyone else makes them. Anyone know?

Chevrolet never made plastic in 1967 to my knowledge you may try Don Hughey at Hughey's Auto Ranch (864 847-5509) he re-produced some 66-67 front end parts in fiberglass
